We are into the 2nd week of October. 22 days remain until you will be asked a very serious question: Trick or Treat.
My lovelies I present to you Day #9 Halloween themed {non alcoholic} drinkie:
Saturday October 9th 2010
"Spooky Halloween Punch"
"Spooky Halloween Punch"
This is an easy and fun Halloween drink. Great for kids.
INGREDIENTS:
*12 small clear glasses or wine goblets
*Power Lemonade mix enough to make 2 quarts
*1/4 cup of sugar
*1 teaspoon meringue powder
*2 liters of seltzer water
*Green food coloring , yellow food coloring
*Orange, Lime and Raspberry
*Large bowl
PREPARATION:
1. Drip the red decorating gel down the inside of 12 small clear glasses and let them sit 10 minutes or so to dry.
2. Combine powdered lemonade mix with sugar and the meringue powder in a large punch bowl.
3. Whisking briskly, add seltzer water.
4. Add 10 drops green food coloring and 4 drops yellow food coloring.
5.Add a peeled and sliced orange, a sliced lime and 1 pint raspberries for color.
