Monday was the day after 10~10~10. Today is the day after our Thanksgiving. If you read my blog you know I mostly live on Slim~Fast, tangerines and bowls of cereal. Seeing how yesterday was Thanksgiving I decided to enjoy a hearty meal and even had dessert!
We are into the 12th day of the 10th month and that means only 19 days are left until blood, guts and gore.

"Corpse Reviver"
"Now this is a fun, stylish cocktail for Halloween parties. The story of the Corpse Reviver is that of a drink "taken before 11 a.m., or whenever steam and energy are needed," according to The Savoy Cocktail Book (Harry Craddock, 1930)."
INGREDIENTS:
* 2 oz Apple Brandy
* 3/4 oz Brandy
* 1/2 oz Sweet Vermouth
PREPARATION:
1. Pour the ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice.
2. Stir well.
3. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
