It's that time of year again where I'll be going on a mini hiatus.

I've never believed in coincidences. Some things are just too coincidental to be a coincidence, some things are meant to be, like this trip for starters....

It's been long overdue but in my heart of hearts I know the time has finally arrived.

I can't believe it's already June but then again most of my time has been either spent working or visiting sissy in the hospital. *Sigh* She's still there (44 days) and it won't be until at least another month or so until she receives another assessment on whether she can be discharged or not.

As someone close in my heart said to me, "every step is one more closer to going home."
