Had a wonderful time at Highland Park Village, an open-air mall with 60 world-class boutiques & restaurants. The area was constructed in 1931, consisting of Mediterranean-Spanish architecture.

I was invited to a private viewing of some of Dior's most precious jewelry followed by lunch at their café.

Dominique Creen is not only the head chef, but as of 2016, she's the only female chef in the US to attain 3 Michelin stars for her restaurant Atelier Creen in San Francisco. The dishes here at the Dior Cafe are inspired all by Dior dresses, meticulously composed and strewn with tiny flowers. 'The artistry of haute couture meets culinary brilliance of Dominique Creen'.

Pic 7: Sandwich Petite Fleurs with pain de mie, a sandwich designed after a dress designed by Raf Simmons for Dior in 2013.

Pic 8 : Dessert based on their Cannage bag. Jasmine milk-tea ice cream with tapioca and Japanese peaches.

Pic 9: The Ralph Lauren is absolutely beautiful. The store is located in what was once a movie theater that had opened in 1936.

Even though Texas is a red state, not everyone here aligns with Trump's values, which includes the absurd idea of making Canada the 51st state, and to my Dallas crew it'll always be The Gulf of Mexico.

It's hard to believe it's April 10th, but this is what we folks in the Great White North endure. And yesterday was the coldest day in April for us to date.
