Keep your paws off other people's jellybeans

Good things come in small sugarcoated packages

The grass is always greener in someone else's basket

An Easter bonnet can tame even the wildest hare

To show your true colors you have to come out of your shell

The best things in life are still sweet and gooey

What better way is there to get your Easter party hopping than with a couple of drinkies?

My lovelies, I present to you:

"Pink Bonnet"

INGREDIENTS:
* 1 1/2 oz gin
* 1/2 oz simple syrup
* 3/4 oz fresh lemon juice
* 2 dashes crème de framboise
 * White of 1 small egg 

DIRECTIONS:
Combine the ingredients in a shaker with no ice. Shake well to emulsify egg whites. Add ice and shake again. Strain into a chilled martini glass and serve.

"Blue Cottontail"

 

INGREDIENTS:

* 1 1/2 ounces vodka
* 1/2 ounce triple sec
* 1/4 ounce blue Curaçao
* Flamed orange peel (for garnish)

DIRECTIONS:
Combine the ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice.
Shake well and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Flame an orange peel over the glass and add to the drink.
