Cocaine Princess here.
My apologies for the short Friday post. I've been a little preoccupied prepping for the holidays which can you believe is right around the corner, however I leave you with this:
We all have that one favorite holiday movie we enjoy watching. Many make it a yearly tradition to gather themselves on the couch with a hot mug of cocoa or if you're like me, a bag of Cheetos and a bottle Diet Dr. Pepper and watch their favorite movie(s). Some of my favorite ones include “Elf,” “The Holiday,” and “National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation," which quite possibly maybe the greatest holiday movie ever made. There are so many hilarious scenes from the film but who can forget this memorable one?
****
So who exactly is he? He's millionaire real estate mogul Marc Paskin, who paid $4,000 to put up the billboard. "I put up a billboard, with the intent to meet someone special, my soul mate,' said Mr. Paskin. Everyone has a right to find love and happiness-I just went about it in a different way. It is a success beyond my wildest dreams.' Since the billboard went up he's received 15,000 emails.
So let me get this straight, he's a millionaire who can't find a girlfriend so he decides to advertise for one? If 86 year old Hugh Hefner can land a 26 year old blonde and if Formula 1 billionaire tycoon Bernie Ecclestone who is 81 years old and a mere 5'3, married a 35 year old woman (who by the way is nearly a foot taller than him) then why can't this millionaire real estate mogul find a date? Hmm, there's something rotten in the state of Denmark, no?

My loyal and dear readers, it's finally Friday.
Whatever your plans are have a marvelous weekend. ~x

Love those movies too.
The pup is snoring and sleeping soundly. He is such a trooper. His incision is about six inches long but my vet has this surgery down. The pup actually walks out the vet clinic by himself. We came home and both took a long nap.
The party was fabulous. I was so cheery. My gift was fabulous. I really luv my guys. The food was great. I painted my coworker nails silver plus silver glitter plus I gave her red lipstick too. We r one another's support system
A few days and the pup will be back to his old self just in time for Santa Paws. I am tweaking his Christmas gift list.
I luv that little fella so much
I have found another author I luv to read. Daniel Silva.
Oops pup up. Gotta go. After this surgery, pup can't hold pee pee long.
Happy Holidays.
Good Morning, Princess...
'Something's rotten in Denmark...'
I know that's a line from Shakespeare's 'Hamlet'...
I know that meant that something wasn't right, but it ties back to something that actually happened there... too early in the morning for me, I guess.
Re: the real estate fellow advertising for Love, yes, there is something inherently wrong there.
Maybe he's just trying to create a new stream of women to keep him busy for a while. ;oD
Merry Christmas to you...
~Jingle Shoes~
Hey there Jingle Shoes (too cute, btw)
Yes, you are correct! I borrowed that line from Shakespeare.
Merry Christmas.
Alas, I have to confess and admit that my fav Christmas films are "It's A Wonderful Life", "A Miracle on 34th Street" and a new addition of "Arthur Christmas". Although everytime I drive past a house that is fully lit up with copious amounts of lights and characters, I immediately chuckle as it reminds me of "National Lampoo's".
My loyal and dear friend, I hope you had a truly marvelous weekend and I wish you a splendid festive week ahead xoso
Christmas Vacation is my favorite holiday movie. My Jewish tradition is ordering Chinese food (obviously) and watching that movie every single Christmas Day. Great call!
Graham,
Hey, my fellow English friend! So great hearing from you. I'll be stopping by your blog shortly so no worries.
Boston Jew,
It's such a great movie, I can never get tired of watching it.
How odd that she has to be Latina. Any woman who answers the add has to be thinking that at some level he just sees her as a fetish.
Good grief! There is something wrong with that millionaire.
I know, off the topic. I found Khroma and wrote my review. :)
Hope you are well!
