My mother's birthday is September 11. Tomorrow we are having a memorial for her death. IT is hard to for get this date.

My mother's and sister's birthday are on 09/11 as well.
It's such a sorrowful day now because of 9/11/2001.
I remember it well. I was packing my home in NC to head live in Memphis.
My mother called me and asked me if I was watching the news.
I was shocked and saddened.
Very very very sad day indeed.

So many happy anniversaries & birthdays on 9/11 but one can't help but think of the tragedy at the same time. It's a bittersweet day for some....
I don't think I can ever forget where I was when I first heard the news.
