After the awful, terrible, brutal. depressing winter we went through it's hard to believe that the Long Weekend is here. Not just any Long Weekend but Victoria Day Long Weekend, aka the unofficial start to summer aka Patio Season.
History Fact: "Canada is the only country in the world to celebrate Victoria Day, and the ‘May Two-Four’ long weekend is as distinctively Canadian as the two-four — a case of 24 bottles of beer — with which it is often celebrated."
And with that being said what better way than to celebrate this day than sitting on the patio chugging back alcohol and lighting firecrackers at dusk.

I looked up Queen Victoria's birthday and it was 24th May, so it seems that you Canadians are celebrating a week early, Miss Princess. Enjoy the long weekend - I bet you've got some lovely summer dresses you're going to wear!
