Given how cold it's been and how much snow had fallen most of us had lost all hope but the day has finally arrived--Spring!
I realize it's not exactly a tropical paradise but the fact that we can finally see the grass is more or less a miracle. The snow has finally melted, well most of it and the birds have begun chirping again in the early a.m.
I guess there is hope after all warm weather is just around the corner......and by corner I mean mid May-- if we're lucky!

My loyal and dear readers, it's finally Friday.
Whatever your plans are have a sweet first weekend of Spring. ~x

Is that you in the photo, Miss Princess? The cold metal of the key must have given your flesh quite a tingle when you put it around your neck!
GB at 10:45,
Yes GB, it is me in the picture.
Got totally distracted there... ;-)
Now I have to go back and re-read to see what I missed...
For a Deep South kind of place, we had three weeks of freezing rain/sleet/snow... we got about 6" of snow here.. and for the Mississippi Delta, that is rare!!
How are you, Dear Princess?
Well, I hope...

Red Shoes at 7:04,
I'm doing really good. How have you been-- where have you been hiding?
Maybe I'll come to Canada over the Summer. Maybe not, your Summers are probably as hot as our Winters ;)
