Cocaine Princess here.
Spent the majority of the afternoon at The Stockyards located in the national historic district, where it still has the original brick walkways to the wooden corrals, and home to the world's only twice a day cattle drive
It's filled with shops, restaurants, and trading posts- including one that is also a taxidermy-- hey you never know, one day you just might decide you want a bison head hanging in your house that's only 8K or perhaps a giraffe. Hey, there's always a buyer for everything.
Lunch was at Billy Bob's- gotta love these Texas BBQ houses, where napkins are never served because you get a paper towel roll and instead of a table, you get a picnic bench-- gotta love it! It was such a fun day!!
Pic 9- Larry McMutry's Texas Trail of Fame- I'm a huge fan of his work with my fave being 'Dead Man's Walk' 📖
XOXO,
Cocaine Princess
