Today was Day 1 of Milan Fashion Week and what better way to kick off the week with Gucci. Frida Giannini from Gucci wrote in her show notes,"She seduces with her dangerous femininity" when describing the collection that was presented for A/W 2013~14. From silk to soft wool, leather and lace were the fabric choices and the color palette included wine purple, orange rust, moss green and a range of delicate blues.

Pencil
skirt suit worn with ankle boots. Notice the handbag-- the "it" bag
from Gucci for A/W 2013-14, structured with a luggage lock, and the
traditional bamboo handle.

Rust orange skirt with a black turtleneck paired with a loose fitting boat neck style jacket.
Cigarette pants with a tight fitted blazer with rounded shoulders to give it that soft feel.
